Question Deadline 08/12/2025 A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owners Engineer a written request for interpretation by the deadline established by the Owners Engineer and no later than 2 days prior to bid opening. 9.9% for DBE participation The name of the Project is RUNWAY 7-25 OBSTRUCTION CLEARING The Bidder understands that the unit prices included on the proposal form as a part of its bid shall be held good and may not be altered or withdrawn for a period of 120 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. See Section 30 of the General Provisions for additional information pertaining to the award of the contract. "Work" of this Contract is defined in the Contract Documents to include clearing, select tree removal or topping. The scope of the work includes small areas of clearing, removal of select trees, topping of trees, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or in the specifications. Total areas of coverage is approximately 5.5 acres.
