Question Deadline 08/11/2025 at 12:00 PM PT Question Cut Off Date: All questionsrelative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be completed utilizing the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) question portal. This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project GOLF COURSE TURF REDUCTION & IRRIGATION REPLACEMENT - PHASE 1. Work includes removal of approximately 5.22 acres of existing turf, complete replacement of the existing irrigation system including controls, landscaping of the turf removal areas, etc. as shown on the plans and called out in the Special Provisions and Technical Specifications. This work shall also include all removals, grading, concrete flatwork for cart path and sidewalk removals and replacements and asphalt patching for roadway crossings as shown on the plans. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OF PROBABLE COST: $5,500,000 - $6,100,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
