Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,400-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Construct a new 27'-6" by 50'-0" railroad depot style building surrounded with approximately 2,400 square feet of decorative brick at-grade platform. The structure will consist of poured concrete foundation work; concrete slab on grade; wood frame construction; fascia and soffits; sectional door hardware, aluminum-framed windows; glazing; rigid, batts and blown-in insulation; gypsum board; wood trim; suspended gypsum board ceilings; interior, exterior, and high performance coating systems; casework; tile; HVAC systems; ductwork; supply and sanitary piping systems; plumbing fixtures; trench drains; electrical power systems; lighting; and lighting control systems. The Scope of Work for this Project is to construct a new 27'-6" by 50'-0" railroad depot style building as detailed on the Plans. All work related to the Building and shown on the Plans and specified herein are to be included. Excavation for footings is part of this scope of work and may be coordinated with the Site Contractor if desired. In addition, the Building shall be surrounded by a brick surface that is included in this Scope of Work to blend in with the Site Work by others. There are existing parking lot light and irrigation system controls that are currently housed in exterior panels. Part of the Scope of this Project is to relocate these controls to the Mechanical Room and provide electrical service to the lights from the Building electrical service panel. The completed Project shall be a complete building including all components shown in the Plans that are installed and working properly. It also includes the clay brick pavers and site amenities.
