Urban Water Management Plan Update The City of San Bruno (City), through the Public Works Department, is requesting proposals to update the City's 2020 Water Urban Management Plan (UWMP). The UWMP must be adopted and submitted to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) by July 1, 2026. Furthermore, the City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any and all irregularities to choose the firm which, in the City's opinion, best serves the City's interests.
