The City of San Bruno (the "City") will receive sealed bids on the proposal forms furnished by the City by the Office of the City Clerk, located at 567 El Camino Real, San Bruno, California 94066, for the following public work: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project comprises a comprehensive upgrade to the exiting tennis courts infrastructure. The work includes, but is not limited to repairing exposed asphalt areas, including leveling surfaces, filling and sanding cracks, and applying multiple coats of acrylic resurfacer and color. Additionally, this project includes painting net posts, reusing or replacing nets, and striping four tennis courts and two pickleball courts. The following key components will be addressed in the project however the Bidding Documents will contain the full description of the Work. A. Site Assessment and Survey B. Design and Planning C. Demolition and Removal of Debris D. Safety Compliance and Quality Assurance E. Documentation and Handover All work under this contract shall be completed within 75 working days from the Notice to Proceed effective date. The City shall assess liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per Working Day for delays in completion of the project, as provided in the Contract Documents. The following are licenses are required to bid on this contract: California Class "A" General Engineering Contractor Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. The City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects or minor irregularities in the bids not involving time, price or quality of the work.
