A $500/day penalty charge will be assessed if the contractor does not meet the specified final completion date. Scope- The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is sealed seeking quotes from qualified contractors to line one existing drain line at the Municipal Office Building located at 26 Central St, West Springfield, MA 01089.
