Site work and new construction of a residential development in Norfolk, Nebraska. Working plans call for the construction of a one-story below grade, 24-unit residential development.
The project scope incudes the six phase, new construction of 24 single family homes with basements on 6 acres east of 37th street and west of Silver Fox Avenue. Four homes will be built each year. Scope details have not been released As of August 12, 2025 the project is in planning stage and seeking redevelopment plan, tax increment financing, engineering and platting approval from the City of Norfolk. A City Council meeting has not yet been scheduled. The homebuilder has been chosen. Construction is planned to begin as soon as city approvals are completed.
