Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and road / highway.

The Project includes the following Work: The Project provides for the Stormwater Replacement work that includes replacement of pavement, new curb and gutter, sidewalk, lighting, signage, ADA crossings at intersections, pavement markings and storm drainage improvements. The two projects will be a 50/50 Cost Share with Johnson County Stormwater Management Program. Site 1: 75th & Switzer - Replacement of approximately 1007 LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 8 structures). Site 2: Larsen - 65th to 67th - Replacement of approximately up to 1115 LF of failing storm sewer system (CMP and 3 structures). New sidewalk on the east side of Larson and streeting lighting. The Project has a duration of 90 days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 110 days from Notice to Proceed reach Final Completion. The Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately August 25, 2026. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body.
