Site work and paving for a road / highway in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Question Deadline 07/15/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer via online portal. This project includes the installation of crack seal material on City streets totalling approximately 34.6 lane miles of streets. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders will be able to review the Bid results via online after Bids are opened and will be notified of the bid results within fourteen (14) days of the date established for receipt of Bids. The Project has a duration of 60 days from Notice to Proceed to Final Completion. The Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately August 18, 2025. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body.
