Project will be rebid on January 2026.** This project consists of the replacement approximately 1,178 linear feet of aging and deteriorating corrugated metal pipe (CMP), lining up to 270 linear feet and structures at the following two locations: Monticello East and 51st Place Mill Valley High School The Project has a duration of 90 days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 120 days from Notice to Proceed reach Final Completion. The Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately July 21 , 2025. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Clarifications or exceptions are not allowed on the Bid. Bids received after the time and date specified for receipt of Bids will not be considered. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body. QA - 6/3/25 This project has a very tight timeline due to school being out for the summer and activities starting prior to school starting so NTP or additional time added to the contract is not a viable option. The Mill Valley High School portion has two completion dates of August 8th for the lining and August 12th and the removal and replacement of storm sewer outside the track and football field. Please review all the special conditions that designate the critical path and milestone schedule.
