Site work for a water / sewer project in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The Project provides for the reconstruction of 55 th Terrace/Lakecrest and Brownridge. This project consists of the replacement approximately 848 linear feet of aging and deteriorating corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and structures at the following two locations: o Lakecrest and 55th Terrace o Brownridge The Project has a duration of 120 days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 140 days from Notice to Proceed reach Final Completion. The Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately July 21, 2025. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Clarifications or exceptions are not allowed on the Bid. Bids received after the time and date specified for receipt of Bids will not be considered. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body.
