Pliny Pit located at 46 19 16.8 x 93 13 39.2 The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to resurface approximately 500 feet of the DeHaven State Forest Road, located 10 miles north of the town of Giese in Aitkin County., Components of the project include reshaping 500 feet of treadway, gravel hauling, spreading and grading. Install riprap in specified locations and install erosion control blanket at specified locations. Improve one large ditch and remove slop material, trees and stumps from ditch at a specified location. This road is primarily a logging road with some recreational use. A state-owned gravel source (Pliny Pit located at 46 19 16.8 x 93 13 39.2) has been specified to use for this contract. 2026-115 DeHaven Ditch Improvement The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to resurface approximately 500 feet of the DeHaven State Forest Road, located 10 miles north of the town of Giese in Aitkin County. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State. A Price Schedule in Excel (.xlsx) is attached to the Comments and Attachments of the Event. You must 'download' and save the Excel(R) Price Schedule to your desktop before you can begin filling in your offer and complete the Price Schedule. You must 'upload/attach' the completed Price Schedule Failure to do so will /may result in bid rejection. You must enter a bid amount in the Your Unit Bid Price Field.
