**As of September 22, 2025, the project was awarded to JW Oliver Construction, with an awarded amount of $578,523.49** For the improvement and paving of two adjacent sections of Lakes Blvd East. The westerly section is comprised of approximately .63 miles of unimproved roadbed, and the easterly section is an overlay of approximately .35 miles of existing asphalt pavement. The installation of a five-foot wide concrete sidewalk will extend the entire length of both segments. The work will also include the installation and/or replacement of culverts necessary for proper drainage. The contractor will provide all materials, equipment, and labor. All Contractors Must Submit With Proposal, a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Proposal. Failure to Submit a Bid Bond With the Proper Rating Will Result in the Proposal Being Deemed Non-responsive. Successful Supplier Will Be Required to Meet Insurance Requirements, Submit a One Hundred Percent (100%) Performance Bond and a One Hundred Percent (100%) Payment Bond.
