Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yorklyn, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Retrofitting of four stormwater detention basins and approximately 1,750 lineal feet of paved walking trail A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manchester Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days. Manchester Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 10/04/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Bidders requesting an explanation or interpretation of the Contract Drawings, specifications, or bidding documents for this project should submit questions online.
