Renovation of an educational facility in Forest City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1 .Replacement of the roof and parapet wall caps on the main building, two stairwells, mechanical room, and elevator 2 .Replacement of the shingled roof and guttering on the auditorium 3 .Replacement of the shingled roof on the shed building 4 .Replacement of the guttering on the gymnasium 5 .Replacement of the parapet wall cap, vents, and fans on the cafeteria building. 6 .Silicon coating of the roofs of the two satellite additions of the gymnasium 7 .A structural engineer review of the main building roof trusses as well as the trusses to the two satellite additions of the gymnasium Questions and responses will be posted to electronically. Questions may be addressed to Mr. Darren Lane at (828) 429-8294 Final award will be made on September 2nd, 2025 Rutherford County Schools may exercise its right to require a protest bond or irrevocable letter of credit from a protesting party when applicable. Any prospective proposer may protest in writing to the Finance Officer within three (3) calendar days of the date of the award.
