This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Driggs, Idaho. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Teton County School District 401 ("District") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for radon mitigation services at three school facilities: Driggs Elementary School (DES), Teton Middle School (TMS), and Rendezvous Upper Elementary School (RUES). The District has completed recent radon testing and seeks to move forward with mitigation during Summer 2026, with work to commence as early as June 8th, 2026 and to be completed no later than August 21, 2026. The District values and appreciates the proposals received in the first round. This second RFP is intended to give all qualified contractors a renewed opportunity to participate under clearer expectations and a more practical schedule. The updated timeline now allows work to occur between June 8 and August 21, 2026, during standard working hours. II. Scope of Work by Facility A. Driggs Elementary School (DES) Entire building is to be mitigated (test results are attached as Exhibit A). The facility is a clear-span structure, al allowing relatively straightforward system installation. One provider recommended approximately 9-11 systems, but the actual number may vary by contractor based on system design and efficiency. B. Teton Middle School (TMS) Mitigation is limited to areas testing >= 4.0 pCi/L. Based on the most recent testing (see Exhibit B), 27 rooms require mitigation (down from 33 in prior testing). Contractors should propose designs that address multiple rooms with minimal systems where feasible. C. Rendezvous Upper Elementary School (RUES) Mitigation is limited to areas testing >= 4.0 pCi/L. Based on the most recent testing (see Exhibit C), 17 rooms require mitigation, primarily in the newest addition. This represents a slight increase from prior testing. Contractors should propose designs that address multiple rooms with minimal systems where feasible. Contractors must be licensed to perform radon mitigation in the State of Idaho
