Ranch A Roof Replacement R & D LAB, located at 501 Sand Creek Road, Beulah, Wyoming 82712. Project Description: Remove all of the existing roof system to include but not limited to removal of the existing membrane, insulation, wall flashings, curb flashings, pipe flashing and coping per the Construction Documents. Install new single-ply roof system to include but not limited to new 60mil EPDM Membrane, 1/2 " cover board, two layers of 2.6" rigid insulation, wall flashings, curb flashings, pipe flashings and coping per the Construction Documents. Renovate the following areas, complete including operational mechanical and electrical work: 1. Remove existing roof system in its entirety. 2. Remove existing curb flashings, vent pipe flashings and all roof pentrations flashings. 3. Remove all metal copings amd metal counter flashings incudeing any existing termination bar. 4. Remove all gutters and down spouts. 5. Install new rigid insulation, cover board and single-ply roof membrane as indicated on the drawings and specifications 6. Install new roof curb flashings, vent pipe flashings and all flashings for roof penetarations 7. Install new gutters and down spouts. 8. Provide a 20 year no cost manufacturers waranty with a 90 mph wind and 11/2 inch hail waranty rider 9. Provide a 2 year no cost installer warranty Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. on September 22, 2025. - Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
