Site work for a water / sewer project in Beulah, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The successful consultant will be responsible for hydrogeologic siting and aquifer analysis, SEO permitting and water rights applications, design report and permit to construct, drilling specifications and procurement support, onsite lithologic logging and oversight, well development and yield testing, water quality sampling and regulatory reporting, pumping system and control design, disinfection and potability certification, final project record, and SEO beneficial use filing, design of connection and tie in to existing domestic water supply. Only proposals submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the proposer's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. All questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 5:00 p.m. MT on February 2, 2026. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. If you have not yet registered on the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase website, and are interested in this RFQ, register immediately to avoid last-minute processing delays. Activation of your registration may take up to 24 hours.
