Fresno Unified School DISTRICT ("DISTRICT") will receive sealed bids for Ahwahnee Middle School Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Upgrade, to remove air handling equipment and install two heat pump package units and integrate all new and existing equipment into the energy management system for buildings M, L, and K. DISTRICT hereby notifies all bidders that they will affirmatively ensure that in any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, sex or national origin in consideration for award.
