Anything submitted after the stated time will not be guaranteed access. This Statement of Objectives (SOO) defines the requirements for the Contractor to engineer, furnish, install, and test (EFI&T) a premises wiring upgrade to new NIPR Cat-6 cabling for building 12 (P12) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA. The premises wiring upgrade shall also include installing telecom grounding busbar and providing new Ethernet switch equipment. The Contractor shall remove all existing outdated and abandoned-in-place (AIP) Cat3/Cat-5 cabling and any residual materials from the building, and dispose of them accordingly. The project involves upgrading the premises wiring in Building 12. The scope includes replacing existing wiring infrastructure to meet current standards and ensure reliable electrical service throughout the facility. Work will likely involve removal of outdated components, installation of new cabling, and integration with existing systems to support operational needs. Location: Building 12, Naval Air Station Patuxent River, 22268 Cedar Point Road, Patuxent River, MD 20670, USA.
