Reference Number 0000411344 The Work to be performed under the 2025 Water System Improvement (Summer Valley) Project consists of replacement and rehabilitation of water distribution pipelines and appurtenances for the Summer Valley Subdivision west of the Quincy Reservoir. furnishing all labor, materials equipment, tools, supplies including the installation of new water line replacement which covers approximately 4,000LF of 8" & 12" diameter water lines with PVC water lines via open-cut installation. All pipelines exist within paved ROW and require mill and overlay as conveyed in these Contract Documents. This is a federally-assisted construction project.
