Sealed Bids addressed to the Sabine River Authority; State of Louisiana will be accepted for Redi-Mixed Concrete to be used at: Cypress Bend Park, 3462 Cypress Bend Dr, Many, LA 71449 (located on Toledo Bend Lake). This bid consists of 500 Yards of 3000 psi Concrete for Retaining Wall Repairs at Cypress Bend Park located on Toledo Bend Lake. The Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive informalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days from date on which bids are opened, in accordance with R.S. 38:2215. Sabine River Authority, State of Louisiana Warren Founds, Executive Director Chevy Medlock, Project Manager 341.25 THE BID SHALL BE MAILED OR HAND DELIVERED IN AN ENVELOPE MARKED “SEALED BID” PRIOR TO THE BID OPENING DATE. DO NOT RETURN YOUR BID BY EMAIL OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS.
