Site work for a municipal facility in Spring Lake, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Work in shall consist of sidewalk, poured in place concrete wall, stairs, railing, together with miscellaneous related work items at Spring Lake Municipal Building, 423 Warren Avenue and concrete curb work at H.W. Mountz School.   The specifications and other contract documents for the proposed work, prepared by Leon S. Avakian, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 788 Wayside Road, Neptune, NJ may be examined at the office of the Engineer during business hours. Bidders may obtain one copy thereof upon proper notice and payment of a non-refundable charge of $100.00 to defray the cost thereof. Checks shall be written to the order of Leon S. Avakian, Inc. for each set of documents. Alternatively, a PDF version may be obtained with proper notice and a non-refundable fee of $25.00 to cover associated costs. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000, drawn upon an incorporated bank or trust company, payable to the Borough of Spring Lake, as guarantee that in case the contract is awarded the bidder, he will, within ten days thereafter execute such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond. The checks of all bidders will be returned according to law. No interest shall be allowed upon any such check.   Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c,127., N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action) & P.L. 1977, C-33 (Ownership Disclosure).   The Contract shall be awarded, or all bids rejected, within sixty days from the receipt of bids or within such extensions of time as permitted by law.   The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive informality of any bid.
