The Atlantic First Nations Water Authority (AFNWA) invites proposals to prequalify a supplier for a Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) system for the Eskasoni First Nation Wastewater Treatment Facility upgrade and expansion. Supply, delivery, design support, supervision, commissioning, performance verification, training and 2 year operational support for a complete membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment system including pumps, membranes, blowers, controls and associated equipment; includes participation in design phase and later construction phase via novation to general contractor The selected Proponent will demonstrate relevant experience and capacity to support design development and to supply, deliver, install supervision, and commission an MBR system meeting all project requirements.
