Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority will receive sealed bids for the Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority Elevator Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services The Regional Port seeks a contractor to provide elevator inspection, maintenance, and repair services at two CDRPA facilities; the Confluence Technology Center (CTC) located in Wenatchee and the Executive Flight Building located in East Wenatchee, WA. The contractor shall perform periodic/routine inspections and 24/7 maintenance on all elevators to include calibrating, adjusting, and replacement of worn or defective parts, and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure continual operation.
