Sub-Bids with the required Bid deposit will be received for the following items of work: Electrical Work Painting HVAC Plumbing Masonry Work Roofing and Flashing The work under this Contract generally includes the construction of a 1,388 sq ft three season building for use by Westfield to serve as concessions and provide restrooms to adjacent outdoor athletic facilities. This building will be slab on grade construction with masonry walls and wood truss roof system as described herein. A proposal guarantee of 5% of the Bid shall be required. Minimum wage rates have been set.
