Description

Renovation of a military facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Repair and renovate Building 25 (approximately 25,000 square feet) to meet the requirements of ICD/ICS 705 and UFC 4-010-01. The scope includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, telecom, and fire suppression/detection system improvements. The project will furnish an Intrusion Detection and Access Control System (IDS/ACS), repair non-classified spaces to accommodate expanded secure space, and update finishes, mechanical systems, and electrical distribution to current standards. All work will comply with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria using conventional design and construction methods. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
