Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for the renovation of a hospitality development.
The scope of work for this RFP will support LA Metros Maintenance & Engineering Department through the maintenance, repair, and enhancements of above ground Bus and Rail facilities. The type of work will include various trades consisting of, but not limited to, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, roofing , and an elevator constructor to support modernization of LA Metros vertical transportation system on a task order basis. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Metro strongly suggests that you formalize your questions as soon as possible. In order to provide Metro sufficient time to respond to all questions. Metro will provide answers to all. LACMTA will receive Proposals for - Above Ground Facilities Improvements & Repairs at the 9th Floor Receptionist Desk, Vendor/Contract Management Department, One Gateway Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
