The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District anticipates a requirement to remove and replace existing railroad curves at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), Concord, CA. The Rail Curve Package 2 scope includes reconstruction, replacement, and demolition of approximately 7,500 linear feet of rail, involving repairs or replacement of ties, rails, and other track hardware at multiple rail curves on the tidal side of the installation. The base bid includes repair by replacement of curves 6, 11, and 12 with curvature less than 12 degrees, and demolition of curves 4 and 5. Curve 19 is an optional repair by replacement, including connection to a UPRR-owned mainline siding. All track construction will comply with UFC 4-860-01FA and AREMA Manual for Railway Engineering standards. **Location:** Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), 5110 Port Chicago Highway, Concord, CA 94520 The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 400 calendar days. Access to MOTCO is restricted to U.S. Citizens only. Site visit participants must complete an NCIC consent form AND 190-3 in accordance with site visit access procedure and submit NLT 5:00PM on FRIDAY 24 Oct 2025.
