The project consists of milling and paving of asphalt roadway and associated restoration on Church Street from the railroad crossing approximately 650 feet easterly toward Welwood Avenue. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
