Sealed bids are being received for the installation of suspended ceiling tiles at various Housing Authority sites. Interested parties must retrieve a detailed bid package from the Authority's website, which outlines the requirements. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly indicating the contract designation and bidder information. Both a Bid Bond or certified check and a Consent of Surety from a New Jersey Licensed Surety Company listed in the U.S. Treasury Circular No. 570 are required. Proper affidavits must also accompany the bid. The successful bidder will need to provide a Performance Bond covering the full contract amount and a Maintenance Bond according to specified percentages. Bidders must comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements, business registration laws, Affirmative Action Regulations, and supply a Statement of Ownership.
