Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bayonne, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
EXTERIOR LIGHT UPGRADES AT ALL PUBLIC HOUSING SITES. Parties interested in submitting a sealed bid may retrieve a detailed bid package, which more fully states the requirements of the bid, from the Authority's website. Bids must be received no later than the specified deadline and submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Authority, with the required information on the exterior. An original and two copies should be submitted. Access to buildings outside of scheduled walkthroughs is restricted and only at the owner's discretion. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check, as called for in the specifications, and a Consent of Surety from a New Jersey Licensed Surety Company. Bids must also include affidavits as referred to in the instructions to bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty days after opening without the Authority's consent. Compliance with the most recently published and applicable Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements as well as business registration provisions will be required. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond for the full contract amount and a Maintenance Bond for a specified percentage. Bidders and contractors must comply with relevant state and federal affirmative action regulations and submit a Statement of Ownership. The Authority reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids, and bids will be awarded only to qualified entities in whose name the documentation is submitted.
