Site work and renovation of a civil project in Kintnersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of January 5th, 2026, the project was awarded to Twining Construction, with an awarded amount of $686,963.54.** This project will include selective demolition of existing sewage treatment plant facilities; construction of influent pump station, sludge holding tank, chemical feed system, electrical upgrades and miscellaneous site improvements. Successful bidder will facilitate placement of, and connections to, a packaged treatment plant purchased by Owner under separate contract. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Palisades School District. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions will be received at online. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body project. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, as set forth in the Contract Documents, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability.
