Work Include Installing Roughly 18,000 Linear Feet of 12-inch Hdpe Water Main Along Highway 101, Second Street, Spruce Street, and Reservoir Spur Road in Cannon Beach, Oregon, to Enhance the Seismic Resiliency of the City's Water System. Major Scope Elements Include, but Are Not Limited to: Implementation of Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and Tree Protection Measures. Question Deadline 11/17/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and either addressed or emailed to City of Cannon Beach Public Works Department, Attn: Sheri Skotland , PO Box 368, Cannon Beach, OR 97110, EMAIL skotlandor@ci.cannon-beach.or.us. will be delivered via email or facsimile transmission to all prospective bidders not later than 72 hours prior to the bid opening, at the respective addresses furnished for such purposes. Replacement of Existing Waterline Below Highway 101 Within a Casing at Sitka Street. Tie-in to Existing Waterlines and Casing at Orford Street. Tie-ins to Existing Waterlines at Warren Way, Yukon Street, Arbor Lane, and Sunset Boulevard. Replacement of Waterlines Within Tolovana Mainline, Sitka Street, Sunset Boulevard, Reservoir Spur Road, West 2nd Street, and North Spruce Avenue. Installation of Waterline Along the Embankment at the Sunset Interchange. Installation of a Seismic Control Valve at 2nd Street. Responsive Bidders Shall Demonstrate Proven Experience Working Around Sensitive, Critical Infrastructure Like Water Main, Reservoirs, Seismic Control Panels, Work Within City Limits, Etc. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Bid Irregularities or Informalities.
