Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project description is as follows: The Circle Centre for the Arts / Wyoming Valley Art League is excited to announce the upcoming mechanical and electrical upgrades of our existing facility facilities. The project area is primarily inside of the existing building and adjacent exterior site. Work included in the project will be limited selective demolition as it relates to the mechanical and electrical upgrades, upgrade of the exiting electrical system and addition of mechanical split system units in the existing building to provide heating and cooling. The exterior work includes a new electrical service upgrade and location of new mechanical unit. There are limited modifications to the existing building related to the new mechanical and electrical entering the building. This project aims to enhance the comfort, and functionality of the WVAL's amenities for all members and the Public. The proposed project will be funded in part by state funding sources: the Local Share Account Grant Program through the Commonwealth Financing Authority. The City of Wilkes-Barre is the grantee for these funding sources, and the Circle Centre for the Arts / Wyoming Valley Art League is a sub-grantee. The bid documents further outline the guidelines, recommendations, and associated documentation required for these funding source (LSA Grant), such as PA Prevailing Wage and Steel Products Procurement Act requirements, and the City of Wilkes-Barre procurement requirements. The Circle Centre for the Arts / Wyoming Valley Art League does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability or familiar status in employment or the provision of services.
