General nature of public improvement - This project includes all materials, equipment, transportation and labor needed to install approximately 3,911 linear feet of continuous sewer lining at various locations in the City of Clive, Iowa. Project items include pipe lining (8" and 10" diameter), service reinstatement, traffic control and other minor activities related to the proper installation of the liner. Specific project location along with the kind and approximate quantity of materials to be used shall be as set forth in the Plans and Specifications. Sales Tax. The bidder shall not include sales tax in the bid. Rather, the City will issue tax exemption certificates to the successful low bidder after the project has been awarded.
