Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available by contacting Remington & Vernick Engineers. Bids must be submitted on the designated form, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and a reference to the work bid upon. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent but not more than $20,000.00 of the amount bid, along with a surety company’s certificate letter for the completion bond. The contract will only be effective upon lawful provision of necessary funds and securing of all applicable permits. Bidders are required to comply with the N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
