Question Deadline 03/02/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Engineer Sealed bids are invited for the Pyanoe Plaza Improvements in the Borough of Belmar, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available from Remington & Vernick Engineers upon payment. Bids must be submitted on the prepared bid form, in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and reference to the particular work. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) (and not exceeding $20,000) of the bid amount, and a certificate letter from a surety company stating the provision of a completion bond. The contract will not become effective until funds are secured by the Borough. Award is subject to receipt of necessary permits. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and submit required business disclosure and registration proof for themselves and any subcontractors. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make decisions in the Borough's best interest in line with applicable law.
