Disclaimer: IN ORDER FOR YOUR BID TO BE CONSIDERED A LEGAL BONAFIDE BIDDER ON THE PROJECT, DOCUMENTS MUST BE PURCHASED FROM REMINGTON, VERNICK ENGINEERS DIRECTLY Sealed bids are sought for the Eighth Avenue Sewer Rehabilitation project in the Borough of Belmar, Ocean County, New Jersey. Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by Remington & Vernick Engineers and in accordance with the project specifications. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available upon payment. Bids must be delivered before the opening date and include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) and not more than $20,000 of the bid amount, along with a certificate letter from a surety company for a completion bond. The contract award depends on the provision of necessary funds and all required permits. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements, New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Public Works Contractor Registration Act, and must submit a Disclosure Statement and proof of business registration for themselves and any subcontractors. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
