Site work for a recreation facility in Belmar, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade recreation facility.
**As of December 19, 2025, bids were abandoned. No definite date for the rebid.** The work includes the furnishing and delivery of 810 units of aluminum sand cast stanchions for boardwalk railings. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed with the words "BID FOR FURNISH AND DELIVERY (319F AS CAST) ALUMINUM, SAND CAST STANCHIONS FOR BOARDWALK RAILINGS" and addressed to Mayor and Council, Borough of Belmar, 601 Main Street, Belmar, NJ 07719. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check in accordance with the Bid Specifications, made payable to the Borough of Belmar. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, award the contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, and waive any non-material defects in the bid documents as it deems in the best interests of the Borough. Question Deadline 11/25/2025 Any interpretation and or clarification of the meaning may be obtained in writing from the office of the Purchasing Agent, via email bdudas@belmar.com In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid for goods and services.
