New Fridley Lift Station L32A Pre-Qualification-Revised The Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting Prequalification Submittal Documents (PSD's) for the purpose of establishing a list of prequalified SPECIALTY CONTRACTORs to provide the construction work required to complete the tunneling portion of the Council's New Fridley Lift Station L32A. The original Invitation for Prequalification for this work was issued in October 2025. This Revised IFP modifies the prequalification criteria for the Slurry Diaphragm Wall and the Micro Tunneling. Firms that were pre-qualified for some or all of the specialties under the initial IFP DO NOT NEED to resubmit for those specialties. Firms that were found not to meet the minimum requirements under the initial IFP are encouraged to review the modified criteria and respond to this solicitation as appropriate.
