Historic preservation pre-qualifications and sealed bids will be received for the Reigel Ridge Grandstands Restoration Project. The bidder must demonstrate relevant experience through references and completed projects, specifically historically sensitive projects executed in compliance with the Standards set by the Secretary of the Interior for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and must have undergone review by an official Historic Preservation regulatory or advisory body. Bids will be received for an overall single prime contract (all of the work). Bids must be made on the Forms of Proposal provided and must include bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must submit a Certificate of Consent of Surety if the bid exceeds $100,000. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in the bidding, and to award contracts only to those deemed most advantageous to the interest of the public. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, Chapter 127 (NJAC 17:27) and public disclosure provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2. There is no knowledge of an existing stormwater drain. Alternate #2 footing drain would be run to daylight.
