Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marysville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade municipal facility.
St. Clair County RESA will receive sealed bid proposals for asbestos abatement at Woodland Development Center and Administration Building. Bidding documents may be obtained from Nova Environmental, Inc. and at the pre-bid examination. A mandatory pre-bid examination of the buildings will be held at the Administration Building. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond by a T-listed bonding company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan, Cashiers Check, or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount shall be submitted with the bid proposal. Performance and Labor, and Material Bonds will be provided upon award. Familial and Iranian Disclosure Statements must be submitted with the bid proposal. Bids shall remain firm for acceptance for a period of 60 days. St. Clair County RESA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
