Sealed bids are invited for road materials in accordance with the specifications and forms of the bid packages provided. The materials or supplies are being obtained through a Cooperative Pricing System approved with the State of New Jersey, with the County of Union as Lead Agency and multiple governmental agencies participating. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid subject, bidder's name, address, phone and fax number, and bid opening date. Bids must reach the Division of Purchasing by the designated time; no late bids will be accepted. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid packages are available online or upon request from the Division of Purchasing.
