Construct five containerized long weapons storage two-bay high explosive magazines, two segregation facilities, and one forklift charging station to support Naval Munitions Command Atlantic. Work includes reinforced concrete mat foundations, walls, floors, entrances, and loading aprons for the magazines, and pile foundations with reinforced concrete walls, floors, roofs, entrances, and loading aprons for the segregation facilities. The project also includes facility-related control systems with required cybersecurity features and is executed using a design-bid-build delivery method under full and open competition, incorporating CMMC Level 1 self-assessment requirements. The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 1287 calendar days All inquiries must be submitted in writing and received by the Contract Specialist by the date specified herein in order to permit adequate time to reply to the inquiry.
