Demolition, site work, new construction, remodeling, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for the remodel of a educational facility; for the addition of a stadium; for the construction of a 160,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a stadium.

The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists generally of construction of a two-story, approximately 160,000-square-foot secondary school and related site work. The Project will be delivered using the Agency Construction Management, multiple-prime delivery method, with separate prime contracts awarded directly by the Owner. Question Deadline 02/17/2026 Review the Bidding Documents promptly and submit requests for clarification in writing to Mark Ramirez, AIA, INVISION Architecture (markr@invisionarch.com,) with a copy to Brian Norton, Stahl Construction (bnorton@stahlconstruction.com,) Work being Bid Cast-in-place concrete, polished concrete floors, furnish precast concrete, furnish metals, erect precast concrete and metals, carpentry, casework, thermal and moisture, roofing and sheet metal, metal wall panels, metal roofing, cementitious wall panels, applied fireproofing, overhead and coiling doors, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, tile, wood flooring, carpet and resilient flooring, painting, specialties, food service equipment, athletic equipment, window shades, greenhouse, elevators, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, earthwork, rammed aggregate piers, concrete paving, fencing, landscaping, and site utilities. The Architect is INVISION Architecture, Des Moines, Iowa. The Construction Manager is Stahl Construction, Grimes, Iowa. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the full amount of the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents and Iowa law. The anticipated start of construction is approximately April 6, 2026. Substantial Completion is anticipated within 24 months following the start of construction. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to award contracts in the best interest of the Owner.
