The work consists of installation of approximately 4,200 lineal feet of new five-foot-wide Class C concrete sidewalk, storm improvements, curbing, pedestrian improvements, driveway improvements, grading, and restoration along Ravenna Street between S. Hayden Parkway and Stow Road as well as storm water improvements along the Colony Park Trail entrance and near 2095 Ravenna Street in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. Bids must be submitted through the Bid Express website. All bid forms, contract documents and plans are available through the Bid Express website. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work.
