Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
The work consists of furnishing material, equipment, and labor necessary for complete construction of the new Hudson Public Works facility and one Cold Storage structure, along with associated driveways, sidewalks, parking lot, fueling station, perimeter fencing, landscaping, and associated earthwork, drainage, and utilities located at 5431 Hudson Drive in Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with provided specifications. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bids must be submitted through the Bid Express website. Bid security is required in the form specified. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive nonconformities not involving price, time, or work changes. Registration on Bid Express is mandatory to submit a bid, with an associated fee for bid submission. Final completion: 16 months from award. Question Deadline 12/04/2025 at 10:00 AM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT in writing through Online Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
