Plant Construction and UCB seeks responses to a Bid from Trade Subcontractors interested in bidding the Site Concrete scope for the University of California, Berkeley Heathcock Hall located in Berkeley, California. Plant Construction seeks trade contractors with significant experience in Site Concrete for projects that involve challenging logistical conditions and aggressive schedules. Contractors must hold valid contractors' licenses registered with DIR and must provide ability to obtain corporate surety (payment & performance) bonds and insurance in order to be eligible for the RFP evaluation.
