Specialized mowing of Village property for the years 2026 to 2028. The Village invites sealed bidders' proposals for the work as described in detail in the contract. Bid packets, including proposal forms, specifications, instructions, and relevant attachments, are available electronically at no cost. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly labeled with the project name, with two copies provided. Each bidder's proposal must be accompanied by a security deposit of at least 5% of the 2026 bidder's price proposal, either as a cashier's check, certified check, or a bid bond from a surety company licensed in Illinois. The successful bidder is required to provide certificates and policies of insurance upon award of the contract. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the specified time and place.
